Is breakfast included in the rate?
No, breakfast is not included in the room rate. You may add it to your reservation: a buffet in the breakfast room, €14 per person per night.
Is access to the pool and spa free?
Access to the outdoor pool is free for all guests. The spa — Finnish sauna, jacuzzi and massage chair — is free for 50 minutes per day per room, with additional time charged separately; for the Standard Room, spa access is charged. The spa is open daily from 10:00 to 20:00, and massages with a therapist can be booked at reception.
What does the minibar include?
Every room has a fully stocked minibar (water, soft drinks, wine, beer and spirits), included once per stay. In the Julieta Apartment, the minibar is restocked free of charge; in the other rooms, restocking is available on request, at list prices.
Is parking available?
Yes, the hotel offers outdoor and indoor parking, subject to availability. Reception will provide full details when you book or on arrival.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Reception is open around the clock, so you are welcome to arrive late in the evening; for a late check-out, please contact reception.
May I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes. The hotel has a luggage room where your bags can be left safely while you explore the city.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi is complimentary in the rooms and throughout the public areas.
Which room do you recommend for a family with children?
The Family Suite has a double bed and a sofa bed, for up to four guests. For more space, the Standard, Superior and Julieta apartments each have two bedrooms. For a personal recommendation, use “Find the right room” on the rooms page.
Are taxes included in the rate?
Yes. The rates shown include VAT and the local tourist tax.
