2. Reservations and Payments

  • Reservations can be made online, by e-mail or by phone.

  • To guarantee your reservation, you may be asked to pay a deposit or the full amount, depending on the tariff conditions.

  • The booking is confirmed only after the payment has been received according to the conditions communicated.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: from 15:00

  • Check-out: until 11:00

  • Additional charges may apply for late check-out, subject to availability.

4. Cancellations and No-shows

  • Cancellation policy may vary depending on the room type or offer chosen.

  • In general:

    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the arrival date are free of charge.

    • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit or full payment of the first night’s accommodation.

  • For non-refundable fares, the amount paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

5. Behavior and liability

  • We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to guests whose behavior is inappropriate or who do not respect the hotel’s internal rules.

  • The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the hotel’s property and may be liable to pay compensation.
