The data controller
The website and the Aris Boutique Hotel & SPA (Str. Lămâiței 7, Oradea) are operated by SC BANCAR SA.
What data we collect
- your name, telephone number and email address;
- the details of your enquiry or reservation: dates of stay, number of adults and children, chosen room, added services and your message;
- the data required for payment, processed by the payment provider (the hotel does not see your full card details);
- the data required by law upon check-in.
Why we use it
To confirm and manage your reservation, to respond to your enquiries and to comply with our legal obligations. The legal basis is the contract (the reservation), our legal obligations and, for contact forms, your consent.
How long we keep it
For as long as is necessary for your enquiry or reservation and for the legal obligations associated with accommodation. You may request the deletion of any data we are not legally required to retain at any time.
Who has access to the data
Hotel staff and the service providers who support our operations (website hosting, payment processing, email delivery). We do not sell your data or pass it on for marketing purposes.

Cookies essential to the website are always active; statistics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent, which you may change at any time.
Your rights
