The story of the place
The villa was built in 1912 to designs by Marcell Komor and Dezső Jakab, with Ferenc Sztarill as contractor, for the landowner Jakab Schwarz (Okányi-Schwartz). Since 1925 it has been the seat of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
