The story of the place

The corner building between Union Square and Vasile Alecsandri Street was designed by the brothers László and József Vágó in the spirit of the Viennese Secession. The geometric façade is discreetly decorated with two-tone ceramic tiles, and the wrought iron of the balconies survives in its original form.
